These include the exercise of private criminal prosecution from the on set of the investigation and pre-trial phases, criminal trials and preparation of appeals against acquittals.
Our services include the initial preparation of criminal lawsuits and complaints to denounce the possible commission of a crime to the competent authorities.
We undertake the representation of our clients in all criminal proceedings in defense of their interests when harmed by the possible commission of a crime. Our services also cover any out of court actions aimed at holding accountable those responsible for the harm done and the recovery of any and all civil liabilities incurred towards our clients.
We undertake the representation on behalf of any citizen or group of citizens, in cases where they are not direct victims of the crime but the statuary requisites for these actions type of actions are met.
In addition to the compensation that victims may obtain as a result of criminal prosecution, our firm also provides the necessary services needed to apply for public financial aid and compensation, which in some cases the Spanish State provides for, and victims are entitled to, in accordance to the nature of the criminal offense suffered.
